To be QUITE honest, you're my favorite "Belly Dancer Artist". I, myself, am a fusion belly dancer and I get bummed that cabaret gets most of the lime light. I absolutely love it all.

[i totally know what you mean about cabaret - tribal needs to be shared with the people! it's SO badass.] that's SO rad you dance - i've been thinking about taking dance lessons lately. i can't do it for a few years at least - but to move up to SF and learn to dance there where the atmosphere is so rad would be AMAZING.
and that amanda palmer comment - thaaank you!!! she used to be one of my biggest heroes EVER right along with RB, of course.
You should take dance lessons, it's the bee's knees! If you can find a tight knit dance community, it's just.. It's great. If I could move out to SF and dance there, I would in a heartbeat!
What a coincidence! Amanda Palmer, RB, and Zoe Jakes are my biggest heroes.
